There is a lot going on in this stout. The 5lbs of “generic” is actually a blend of whole grains and pseudograins. I tend to switch up a little each time, but it can include all of the following:

  1. Wheat (malted)
  2. Rye (malted or flaked)
  3. Corn (flaked or popped)
  4. Rice
  5. Wild Rice
  6. Tritical
  7. Buckwheat
  8. Quinoa
  9. Amaranth
  10. Millet
  11. Spelt
  12. Kamut
  13. Teff
  14. Sorghum

When including the barley and oats, this brings the total grain bill up to 16 different varieties.
